You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
This action is permanent. Deleting your account will remove all your data, including your profile, content, and activity history. This cannot be undone.
Before you delete: cancel any subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription or auto-renewing purchase. If you have a paid subscription or an auto-renewing purchase for this app, deleting your account does not cancel it and does not stop future charges. You must cancel it separately in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings.

How to request account deletion

Send a deletion request
Email us at contact@moosian.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request – App Name”. Include the email address associated with your account.

Processing time
We will process your request within 30 days of receipt and send a confirmation once your account and data have been deleted.

Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming that your account and associated data have been permanently deleted from our systems.
Data that will be deleted
- Your account profile and credentials
- All content you created or uploaded within the app
- Your preferences and settings
- Usage history and activity logs linked to your account
- Any other personal data associated with your account

What may be retained
Deleting your account removes your personal data as described above. A small amount of information may be retained where we are legally required to keep it: records we must keep to comply with the law, and transaction and financial records retained for tax and accounting purposes, which under Hong Kong tax law are kept for up to 7 years. Any remaining statistics are anonymised or aggregated so they no longer identify anyone. Retained records are kept only for as long as applicable law requires and are not used to identify you.
